Changes, Exchanges, Refunds and Warranty Policy
Dear Customer, CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S., a company duly constituted under Colombian law, has established the following Changes, Exchanges, Refunds, and Warranty Policy for the United States and Puerto Rico, according to the terms outlined below:
I. CHANGES, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS
We hope your purchase has been entirely satisfactory. If not, product exchanges due to size, color, and/or style purchased through our website cgwusa.com can be requested within (30) calendar days from receipt. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with original tags, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
To initiate a change or return request, please use our PQRS form at cgwusa.com or contact our Customer Service line (insert phone number and hours).
When submitting a request, please include personal details and purchase information, including identification number, email, home address, order number, or purchase invoice.
Product exchanges or refunds will always be processed for the value paid at purchase.
Collections for exchanges or returns occur on business days, excluding federal holidays.
Special Conditions for Changes, Exchanges, and Returns:

Products must retain original tags, remain unused, and returned in original or similarly protective packaging.

Underwear and Accessories:

Swimwear: Must retain original packaging, tags, and attached hygiene protector.

Underwear: Cannot be exchanged or returned for sanitary reasons, except socks, tops, and undershirts, provided they retain original packaging, tags, and hygiene protectors (when applicable).

Accessories: Exchanges permitted if they retain original packaging, tags, and remain unused.

Exchanges are not accepted for products purchased in other countries.
II. REFUNDS
Refunds will be granted when:

The product meets the criteria for exchange or return.

The product does not match the provided description, and dissatisfaction is expressed.

A warranty claim is approved, and the customer selects a refund.
Upon receipt of the refund request and the returned product, you will be notified via email regarding the status.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing time can be up to 14 business days.
For online purchases, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return reason is attributable to CGW.
If a refund via the original payment method is not possible, our Customer Service will inform you of alternative refund methods.
Note: Refund time counts from the receipt and validation of the returned item's condition.
III. WARRANTY
In case of dissatisfaction concerning the quality, safety, or suitability of products purchased at CGW, you have (60) days from the date of purchase to invoke your legal warranty, providing the purchase invoice or data enabling tracking.
Products must be submitted for warranty inspection in optimal hygienic conditions, clean, dry, and in compliance with care and washing guidelines provided on product labels.
During the warranty period, customers may choose:

Replacement with a new product.

Refund of the original purchase amount.
This warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence regarding care guidelines, or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Claim Procedure:

Complete and submit the "Warranty Request Form" available on our website.

Customer Service will manage product collection at the agreed location, at no cost to the customer.

The Quality Department will evaluate the claim, and a decision will be communicated within ten (10) business days via email.
Approved claims result in product exchange, a voucher redeemable online, or a refund, as appropriate.

Changes, exchanges, refunds, and warranties will honor the actual amount paid by the customer. Customers cannot request additional amounts resulting from discounts, benefits, or promotions.
This policy complies with U.S. and Puerto Rico federal regulations. If local regulations provide greater consumer benefits, those regulations will prevail.
