These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. platform. By browsing, registering, or purchasing through this site, you agree to comply with the provisions described herein and with applicable regulations in the United States and Puerto Rico.

1. The Parties

This agreement is entered between the user and/or customer—acting in their own name if natural person, or with proper legal representation if acting on behalf of a company—and CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S., a duly incorporated company under Colombian law, operating through www.cgwusa.com.

CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. assumes in good faith that it is entering into legal transactions with authorized persons. It is not liable for impersonations. The user shall indemnify CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. against any such claims.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: To make any purchase, the user must register with a valid email and password. The password is personal, confidential, and the user’s responsibility.

SECOND PARAGRAPH: The customer agrees not to share login credentials. Changing the password regularly is recommended to prevent misuse.

THIRD PARAGRAPH: If you forget your password or suspect exposure, use the recovery option or contact our support team at [insert email/contact form] or call [insert phone number].

2. Service Activity

CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. offers a variety of activewear through this site. Product images aim to reflect reality, but variations may occur due to display settings. Color differences are not grounds for return unless the product is defective.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site, the user confirms understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and compliance with the laws of Puerto Rico and the U.S. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. is not responsible for content accessed from jurisdictions where its material is restricted or illegal. These terms are subject to change without notice and shall govern all subsequent interactions.

4. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full effect.

5. Term Review

CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. may revise these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Users are encouraged to periodically review the updated version.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, banners, names, and distinctive elements shown on this website are the property of CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. No license or authorization is granted for use. Unauthorized use constitutes a violation and may result in civil or criminal liability.

7. Copyrights

All content (text, photos, video, graphics, software, etc.) on this site is protected under copyright law and belongs exclusively to CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. Users are only granted non-commercial personal use rights. Any other use requires prior written consent.

8. Contract Formation

A contract is formed only once the customer selects products, completes payment, and receives confirmation via email.

SINGLE PARAGRAPH: Bulk orders (15+ units or 2+ of the same item) may be redirected to our B2B channel.

9. Offer Acceptance Term

Confirmation is issued upon delivery of a purchase confirmation email. CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. may decline any purchase and will issue a refund using the original payment method if this occurs.

10. Pricing

The total price includes product cost, taxes, and shipping. Prices are subject to change. Freight costs vary depending on destination, size, and weight.

11. Payment Methods

Accepted payment options:

• PayPal

CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. is not responsible for external transaction failures.

12. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will be processed when:

• The return is approved

• The product does not match the description

• The guarantee claim results in refund

Refunds use the same payment method and may take up to 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to CGW error.

13. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped to U.S. and Puerto Rico only. Estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: Delivery is made to the address submitted during checkout. Any person at the address is presumed authorized to receive the order.

SECOND PARAGRAPH: Two delivery attempts will be made. Failed deliveries result in returned orders and applicable refund (excluding shipping).

14. Invoicing

Invoices are shipped with your product. Contact our support team in case of any billing discrepancy.

15. Transfer of Property

Property is transferred to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier. If packaging appears damaged, reject the delivery and report immediately.

16. Packaging

Products are delivered in plastic or cardboard packaging suitable for preserving the product.

17. Exchanges & Warranty

For exchange or warranty claims, refer to our "Returns & Exchange Policy" page. Sales are considered final unless supported by applicable law.

18. Comments Policy

Comments must be respectful and relevant. CGW reserves the right to delete or withhold publication of comments.

19. Limitation of Liability

CGW COLOMBIAN GYMWEAR S.A.S. is not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

20. Source of Funds

By purchasing, you confirm that:

• Your funds are legally obtained

• You are not using someone else’s account or card for illicit purposes
